Hey, I'm only one day late. Yay! I'm not really sure what to say about this episode. I was drinking an energy drink when I recorded this. SGMS - Friday Coverage

Here is the first part of my SGMS coverage. I'm really not sure what to say about it because I covered most of what I have to say about the first day in this episode. I wanted to try something different so I have some music playing in the background. I really liked the first song that plays so I'm going to try and incorporate that into future episodes somehow.
The rest of the SGMS coverage will be coming soon.

Episode 011 - Punching wild boars in the face is what I do

As I type this, I'm at the Days Inn. In a few moments I will be heading to MCAD to attend the first day of the School Girls and Mobile Suits event. I'm still not sure what to expect. According to the schedule there are some fashion shows going on. If I'm allowed to, you should expect plenty of pictures from these events. I'm not sure if they have rules about that though.
Later on, I'll be attending the yaoi event. I don't really get into the whole boy love thing, but the yaoi panel that I stumbled into on accident ended being one of the highlights of Kakkoi Con. Of course, if it ends up being lame I'll just come back to the hotel, but I've got my fingers crossed.
As for this episode, I do three reviews. I do the weekly Yen Plus review--Nabari no Ou this week; I talk about some Rurouni Kenshin; and then I finish up with a look at Rune Soldier. Its weird reviewing longer shows. Theres more content to talk about but you can't talk about everything. I may or may not take another look at Kenshin in the future. There was a lot of stuff that I didn't talk about.
The only news item that I mention is the death of Toonami, which is why I added the Kenshin review at the last minute.
Depending on how tonight goes, I may or may not be recording day to day coverge of the event. I will probably also write little blog entries about the event as well, but I might wait until the audio portion is edited and release it altogether.
Well, I should get on my way. I'm still not exactly sure how to get there--fingers crossed. Enjoy the episode!

Bonus 004 - Seriously, wtf?

This is the introduction to a paper I wrote for psychology. I didn't want to write this paper so I just started scribbling nonsense down instead. What resulted was the most ridiculous opening for a paper on Freud to ever to be written. Think about that for a minute. Freud is pretty messed up to begin with, and that's without the inclusion of time wizards and pseudo-math.
I've finished recording episode 011 the other day. It's over 1 1/2 hours unedited, so its taking a while to get that one ready. I have a few hours today that I'm going to devote to that though. I have the intro done so far. Look forward to that being out in the next few days. I'm aiming for Thursday night, but I make no promises.
Well, I should be getting to class now. Enjoy the randomness.
